Blue Origin, the company of billionaire Jeff Bezos, the founder of the world-famous American e-commerce company Amazon, sent its first rocket into space.
According to foreign media reports, the rocket was launched from Florida, the long-delayed space mission took off from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in the US state of Florida at 2:30 on Thursday morning.
The objective of launching space missions is to compete with Elon Musk’s SpaceX in the satellite industry.
Blue Origin stated that the rocket’s engine achieved its final orbit during the second stage.
The statement said that the blue ring attached to the rocket received data from the prototype and was showing excellent performance.
