The company’s DeepSeek R1 Large Tongue model has caught the attention of people worldwide and is becoming very popular.
According to experts, the R1 model is as good as, if not better than, the o1 of OpenAI (the company that developed ChatGPT), which is the best model currently available from this American company.
Most importantly, the Chinese company’s AI model is available for free.
In comparison, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft CoPilot have different versions and only their most basic models can be used for free.
On the other hand, you can use DeepSeek’s V3 and R1 models after registering with just an email address.
According to the company’s website, V3 has achieved significant breakthroughs in inference speed and is currently at the top of the leaderboard of open-source AI models.
However, in other areas, the R1 performs surprisingly well.
According to the company, there are free versions of AI models from other companies, but they don’t offer free access to premium features like ours.
All of its features are free to use, the only requirement is that you do not use them for business purposes.
This is why R1 has surprisingly ended ChatGPT’s reign on Apple’s App Store in the US.
